Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and lead a marketing team, handling hiring, performance reviews, objectives, and training.
Create and execute the annual marketing plan and product marketing plans; manage campaigns to increase member adoption, build brand awareness, and generate incremental revenue.
Oversee all media including the website, social, direct mail, newsletters and sponsor publications.
Develop strong cross-functional relationships with internal departments for planning and execution to meet organizational goals.
Collaborate across departments to deliver efficient service to members and maintain professional internal and external relationships.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union policies.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
