Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of Liftoff’s AMER event program, including industry conferences, sponsorships, and owned customer events such as summits, executive dinners, and roundtables.
  • Tailor event and campaign approaches for different audiences, verticals, and regional contexts, applying lessons learned to continuously refine the playbook.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that integrate events, email, content, webinars, and digital tactics to drive engagement with prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Collaborate with the content and communications team to produce high-quality thought leadership, blog posts, case studies, and event-related content that positions Liftoff as an industry leader.
  • Work cross-functionally with Revenue, Product Marketing, Brand, and regional marketing teams (EMEA, APAC) to align programs with sales priorities and business objectives.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Revenue team, maintaining tight alignment with sales priorities, pipeline goals, and account focus to ensure marketing programs directly support key company initiatives.
  • Build and manage partner co-marketing programs and relationships that create mutual value and extend Liftoff’s reach.
  • Track and analyze marketing KPIs, including generated and influenced revenue, engaged accounts, opportunity creation, and qualitative feedback from revenue teams, to measure impact and inform planning.
  • Manage event and campaign budgets, vendor relationships, and timelines with strong project management rigor.
  • Apply AI tools and workflows across your day-to-day work to increase efficiency, improve content quality, and surface insights from campaign data.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on events, content, and campaign execution, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Proven event management expertise across the full lifecycle: strategy, logistics, vendor management, on-site execution, and post-event analysis. Experience executing both large-scale conference sponsorships and smaller owned events across multiple markets.
  • Holistic marketing acumen with a strong understanding of how events, content, digital, and partner channels work together to achieve business objectives. Able to share examples of campaigns that spanned multiple channels and explain why the approach was chosen.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and analyzing marketing KPIs (pipeline contribution, engaged accounts, opportunity influence) and qualitative feedback. Comfortable building or pulling reports in CRM and marketing tools.
  • Technical proficiency and ability to be self-sufficient with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Splash (or similar event platforms), WordPress, and project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
  • Partner marketing experience with a track record of building productive co-marketing relationships and programs.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, automation, analytics) to improve marketing workflows, content creation, and campaign execution. Demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to adopt new AI tools and workflows to work more efficiently and continuously improve marketing outcomes.
  • Creative, competitive instincts with the ability to help Liftoff stand out. You know we are marketing to marketers who see through the standard playbook, and you bring ideas for differentiated experiences. You stay informed about what competitors are doing to know how to rise above.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally alongside revenue, design, and product teams. You understand that sales and marketing operate with different priorities and that alignment requires intentional, thoughtful communication.
  • Willingness to travel for events and team gatherings.

Preferred

  • Experience in the mobile app or programmatic advertising ecosystem.
  • Experience working on global marketing teams and adapting programs across regions and cultures.
  • Background in building or contributing to thought leadership programs (reports, webinars, podcasts).
