Responsibilities

• Create conversion-focused Instagram carousels and Story sequences.
• Write clear, persuasive copy that matches each founder’s voice and brand.
• Develop calls-to-action designed to generate conversations and leads.
• Build and manage ManyChat or similar DM automation flows.
• Set up keyword triggers and DM sequences that move prospects from content into conversations.
• Create and launch lead magnets based on audience needs.
• Connect lead magnets to relevant content and calls-to-action.
• Maintain accurate CRM tracking and lead attribution.
• Manage content calendars, production deadlines, and publishing schedules for assigned clients.
• Track leads, conversations, booked calls, and other relevant performance metrics.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience generating leads through organic content, with measurable results you can share.
• Experience with paid advertising and conversion strategy.
• Strong copywriting skills, particularly for social media carousels and Instagram Stories.
• Hands-on experience with ManyChat or a similar DM automation platform.
• Experience creating lead magnets and connecting them to marketing funnels.
• Experience working with CRM systems and lead tracking.
• Strong understanding of short-form content and why certain content generates engagement and action.
• Experience creating and publishing content yourself.
• Excellent written English, including grammar, spelling, and natural phrasing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Experience with DM setting or appointment setting.
• Experience qualifying leads through social media conversations.
• Experience booking sales calls through DMs.
