Responsibilities

• Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, senior centers, assisted living communities, and other referral sources
• Conduct community marketing visits and presentations
• Attend networking events, health fairs, and community events
• Develop and maintain referral partnerships
• Deliver marketing materials and promotional items
• Track referral sources and marketing activities
• Assist with caregiver recruitment initiatives
• Identify opportunities to grow the agency within the community
• Represent Home Helpers professionally at all times

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• Previous marketing, sales, business development, healthcare, or community outreach experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
