Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Dint+ social channels (Instagram, TikTok, X) across LA.
  • Create and execute viral content strategies to boost growth.
  • Collaborate with influencers and creators to scale reach.
  • Drive user acquisition and engagement across the platform.
  • Plan local LA marketing campaigns to build awareness.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize growth strategies.
  • Develop creative campaigns around nightlife, fitness, AI, and discovery.

Requirements

  • Experience in social media marketing, growth, or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and viral content.
  • Ability to execute quickly in a startup environment.
  • Based in Los Angeles or willing to work in-person.
  • Passion for tech, social apps, and consumer products.

Preferred
