Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote Fives’ automation solutions and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify target markets, customer needs, and opportunities to expand brand awareness.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activity.
• Create, edit, and distribute marketing content, including articles, blogs, press releases, newsletters, case studies, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all communications align with brand and style guidelines and maintain a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
• Assist with internal communication initiatives and company messaging.
• Manage and update company website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Support the creation and publishing of social media content, particularly on LinkedIn, to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to help improve campaign effectiveness.
• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate marketing performance and trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
• Proficient in AI tools, Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude

Preferred

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design/video tools is preferred.
• Photography and video editing experience is a plus.
