  • Ownership of demand generation and product-education content across channels.
  • Campaign performance and optimization with rapid testing across paid search, social, and SEO.
  • Content and collateral that educates buyers and accelerates onboarding and retention.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and support sales growth.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support product launches and promotional initiatives.
  • Design brochures, catalogs, product sheets, flyers, advertisements, trade show displays, and sales collateral.
  • Create digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising.
  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and marketing reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
  • Experience with WordPress or website content management systems.
  • Video editing experience using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Experience creating training materials, tutorials, or educational content.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • B2B marketing experience.
