Responsibilities

• Visit active construction projects to film and photograph our work
• Create and edit professional short-form videos, reels, before-and-after content, and customer testimonials
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile, including posts, photos, services, reviews, and local visibility
• Manage Yelp, Meta advertising, local magazines, directories, and additional marketing channels
• Create marketing campaigns that generate qualified, high-intent homeowner leads
• Improve brand positioning, online reputation, and customer engagement
• Coordinate printed materials, project showcases, email campaigns, and promotional offers
• Track lead sources, cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on advertising spend
• Provide clear weekly performance reports and recommendations

Requirements

• Proven experience marketing a construction, home-improvement, landscaping, outdoor-living, or similar local service business
• Strong video-filming and editing skills
• Experience managing Google Business Profile, Yelp, Meta Ads, and social-media platforms
• Understanding of local SEO, reputation management, lead generation, and marketing analytics
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and consistently execute
• Reliable transportation and availability to visit projects throughout the Los Angeles area
• Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
