Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and monthly marketing plans, calendars, and budgets that drive vehicle sales, service traffic, and brand loyalty
• Lead digital marketing, including social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, email, website, and online reputation
• Oversee traditional advertising such as TV, radio, print, billboards, and direct mail, and negotiate with local media partners
• Plan and run events, including showroom promotions, sales events, sponsorships, and community activations
• Create campaigns that move inventory quickly while supporting manufacturer co-op programs
• Track ROI, analyze lead sources, and report results to leadership
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and service teams so messaging is consistent and timely
• Support cross-promotion across our family of businesses

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with a proven record in both digital and traditional media
• Hands-on event coordination experience, from planning to on-site execution
• Automotive or high-volume retail experience is strongly preferred
• Strong copywriting, budgeting, and vendor management skills
• Proficiency with analytics, CRM, and social/ad platforms
• Skill at leading a team and juggling multiple deadlines
• Local market knowledge and an understanding of Guam's culture and community
• Experience in Marketing, Branding, and Communications.
