Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy
• Manage company branding and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns supporting custom homes, communities, available properties, events, and company initiatives
• Manage company social media platforms, including content planning, posting, engagement, and performance tracking
• Develop compelling written and visual content for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, signage, and other marketing materials
• Coordinate photography, videography, drone footage, renderings, and other visual assets for homes and communities
• Maintain and update website content, project information, community information, available homes, photography, and marketing messaging
• Manage email marketing campaigns, databases, and customer communication initiatives
• Develop and execute lead-generation strategies supporting the sales team
• Manage paid digital advertising campaigns and evaluate return on investment

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional marketing experience
• Proven ability to independently manage marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Strong experience with digital marketing, social media, content creation, and lead generation
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies rather than simply follow established processes
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, email marketing, and website management
• Experience analyzing marketing metrics and making decisions based on performance data
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to create polished, professional marketing content that aligns with an established brand
• Strong visual judgment and understanding of photography, video, graphic design, and presentation quality
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, vendors, and projects simultaneously

Preferred

• Residential construction, homebuilding, real estate, land development, architecture, interior design, or related industry experience
• Marketing custom or semi-custom homes
• Marketing residential communities or new construction developments
• Experience with CRM systems and lead-management platforms
• Experience managing Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising, or similar paid advertising platforms
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Experience managing or updating websites and working with website content management systems
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms
• Experience coordinating professional photography, videography, and drone content
• Knowledge of SEO, digital analytics, and online lead-generation strategies
