Responsibilities

• Launch and manage the Canadian website (FR & EN): content adaptation, conversion optimization, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Define and execute the digital growth strategy: Paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google), SEO, CRM, Amazon, influencer marketing, and partnerships.
• Oversee media and creative agencies: ensure brand consistency and strong ROI.
• Build and manage retention and subscription strategies: implement CRM, loyalty programs, and community engagement.
• Work closely with the US and European teams to maintain global brand consistency and share best practices.

Requirements

• Currently located in NYC and experienced in the American and/or Canadian market
• 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, and e-commerce with a focus on the Canadian market.
• Proven track record across acquisition and performance channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon).
• Strong analytical skills with a background in managing budgets and external partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven with the ability to move between big picture strategy and day-to-day execution.
• Native Canadian French and fluent English are required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor H-1B visas at this time.
