Job Description
Responsibilities
- Blog, newsletter, and email sequence. Take the Founder’s writing twice a month, source graphics, publish, send. Keep improving the email sequence.
- Website and SEO vendors. Manage our web and content vendors, and edit their drafts to our voice before anything publishes.
- Google Ads, retargeting, and the test budget. Build and improve campaigns, keep cost per lead within target, and run one new test a quarter.
- YouTube, short-form, and social. Publish long-form video, splice it into clips, build infographics, post on socials, and answer comments in our voice.
- Marketing CRM and monthly reporting. Transition CRM to HubSpot, track every lead from first touch to signed client, and report cost per lead and acquisition cost by channel.
- Marketing compliance. Run all public-facing marketing through our compliance team and archive.
- Core outcomes, first 12 months
- You are successful if:
- Cost per lead and acquisition cost known by channel
- Google Ads and retargeting are live and within the cost target
Requirements
- 4-6 years in marketing
- Ability to write well without using AI (posts, emails, blogs, etc.)
- Experience managing a marketing CRM
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Attention to detail
- Financial services experience preferred
