Responsibilities

• Ensure all marketing creative across digital, print, and physical is visually consistent and aligned with Bubble Down brand standards.
• Conduct regular audits of on-site signage across all locations to confirm materials are current, accurate, and on-brand.
• Coordinate updates to location signage, menu boards, promotional displays, and other physical marketing touchpoints.
• Maintain an organized, up-to-date library of brand assets, templates, and approved marketing materials accessible to the team.
• Manage the production of marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, promotional materials, giveaways, and sales leave-behinds.
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, signage production, branded merchandise, and other physical materials — managing timelines, quantities, and quality.
• Support the Community Engagement and Operations teams with the materials they need for events, partnerships, and activations.
• Develop and maintain fleet program materials, sponsorship kits, and other B2B-facing sales assets.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Bubble Down's social media presence — owning content strategy, creation, scheduling, and community management.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on content creation, brand execution, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Proven experience in both print/physical marketing and digital marketing — you're equally comfortable briefing a signage vendor and building a social content calendar.
• Strong visual sensibility and the ability to provide clear, constructive creative direction even without designing yourself.
• Experience managing or coordinating with external agencies, vendors, or creative partners is a strong plus.
• Background in multi-location retail, QSR, car wash, fitness, or other consumer service environments is highly preferred.
• Excellent project management skills — you can juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and vendors without losing track of the details.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to write compelling, on-brand copy across channels.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can shift and ownership is expected.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation — you will be visiting locations regularly.
• Professional presence and demeanor — you are a representative of the Bubble Down brand.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Experience with social media management and scheduling platforms.
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or location launches.

Preferred

• Experience marketing for multiple locations simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Zoho, OptSpot, etc.).
• Basic proficiency in Photoshop or Canva for light asset creation or editing.
• Experience with membership or subscription-based marketing models.
• Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile management.
