Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution & Reporting
  • Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and programs from intake through launch, including flavor and product launch campaigns, trade show and industry event marketing, digital and content campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
  • Coordinate campaign workflows, including intake management, copy and content development, technical and regulatory review coordination (working with R&D, quality, and regulatory teams on claims, labeling, and documentation), stakeholder feedback, and final deployment.
  • Collaborate with sales, R&D/application, customer innovation, and leadership teams to ensure campaigns and collateral are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on schedule.
  • Monitor campaign and program performance and develop reporting that clearly communicates results to sales, customer-facing teams, and leadership.
  • Consolidate data from CRM, website analytics, trade show and event results, and other marketing tools into clear, executive-ready presentations.
  • Create data visualizations — charts, graphs, and tables — to illustrate campaign and program performance over time.
  • Analyze campaign and program results, including year-over-year performance and comparisons across categories or customer segments, to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Track sales content usage and marketing's influence on pipeline, sample requests, and project wins to show how marketing supports revenue.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and ensure all deliverables meet Brookside's quality and brand standards.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations, ideally within food, beverage, flavors, ingredients, or another B2B manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns that involve multiple internal stakeholders and approval steps.
  • Strong understanding of campaign execution processes, including stakeholder coordination, approvals, and cross-functional review cycles.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and a willingness to stay current on AI/answer-engine optimization (AEO/GEO) as search behavior evolves.
  • Experience with lead generation and pipeline-building activities, including working with sales on lead capture, qualification, and nurture.
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials and partnering closely with sales teams in a B2B environment, including translating technical or scientific information into clear customer-facing content.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media and other online brand channels for a company or organization.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret marketing and sales performance data.
  • Experience creating clear, executive-level reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Experience in flavors, food ingredients, or the broader food and beverage manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing to food and beverage manufacturers, including trade show marketing.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs) and familiarity with AI/answer-engine optimization practices.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce) and marketing dashboards or reporting tools.
  • Experience with sales enablement or content management platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, or HubSpot sales tools) and running sales training or launch readiness sessions.
  • Experience with content marketing, PR, or industry thought-leadership programs that build brand awareness and credibility.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including strong data storytelling ability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
