Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnerships & UGC Creator Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard UGC creators who align with the Art Factree brand identity and audience.
  • Build and manage an active roster of creators, setting briefs, tracking deliverables, and holding creators accountable to performance standards.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and manage ongoing creator relationships.
  • Develop a scalable framework for UGC outreach and collaboration that grows with the brand.
  • Monitor creator content performance and continuously optimise the partnership strategy.
  • Social Media Oversight & Management: Oversee the Social Media Manager, reviewing content calendars, providing strategic direction, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Personally manage select social media accounts where your direct involvement will drive the most impact.
  • Set clear KPIs for social media performance and hold the team accountable to them.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and ensure Art Factree’s social presence remains relevant and engaging.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align social content with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Email Marketing Strategy & Oversight: Work closely with the Email Marketing Coordinator to oversee all email campaigns, flows, and communications.
  • Set the strategic direction for email, including segmentation, cadence, and campaign objectives.
  • Review and approve email content to ensure it meets brand standards and conversion goals.
  • Track email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure email marketing is working in sync with other channels to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
