Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms.
- Utilize AI tools for content creation, analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including Mailchimp.
- Oversee brand storytelling and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Lead and grow the marketing division (VNTG Market.co).
- Collaborate with design, construction, and real estate teams to drive integrated marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Fluency with social media platforms, AI marketing tools, and email automation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and emerging tech trends.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to lead and scale teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for design, real estate, construction, and brand storytelling.
