Marketing Internship - Summer 2027

Responsibilities

• Assist with the research, writing, editing, and production of RFQs, RFPs, and other client-focused collateral.
• Create polished project cut sheets and professional résumés for UES offices.
• Take and curate project photography to showcase our work.
• Support pursuit organization, filing, and other administrative tasks that keep the marketing team running smoothly.
• Gain insight into the link between engineering expertise and business growth through exposure to technical service lines and client-facing deliverables.
• Capstone Project: At the end of the summer, you’ll complete a specialized capstone project—such as developing a marketing campaign concept, creating a portfolio of cut sheets, or producing a case study on a completed pursuit. You’ll present your work to department leadership, giving you a résumé-ready deliverable that highlights your marketing skills in a technical industry.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with social media platforms preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
