Job Summary

Join Polaris as an intern with responsibilities spanning Brand and Product Marketing, Creative and Content, process and go-to-market, and channel impact projects, culminating in final presentations to senior leaders. You will contribute to cross-functional initiatives, learn from mentors, and develop a concrete plan for your marketing career.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Internship placement with impact through Project-based Assignments that Directly Align With Business Objectives.
  • Projects Could Include Exposure Across Various Segments Including Targeted Development In These Areas: Brand and Product Marketing (Brand/Lifestyle Marketing, Insights and Analytics); Creative and Content (Social Media, Paid Media, Partnerships, Events); Process and Go-to-Market (Ecommerce, Digital Production); Dealer and Channel (Channel, Retail, Owner Experience, In-Market and Key Market Impact).
  • How Brand and Product Marketing is created and captured; How Creative and Content Creation drives business today and tomorrow; How Process, Planning and communication improve work; How Dealership and Sales Channels impact our business.
  • Final Presentations: present to our senior level leaders to showcase your career aspirations and recap your internship experience.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s/ master’s degree in Marketing, Strategic Communications, or other related business degree with an emphasis in Marketing with an intended graduation date between August 2027-May 2029.
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Must be able to commit to a full 12-week internship, working 40 hours per week, within one of the following date ranges: May 17th – August 6th, 2027; May 31st – August 20th, 2027.
  • Willing and able to relocate.
  • Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
  • Must have reliable transportation for daily commuting to and from the office.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office software tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word).

Preferred

  • Previous Internship/Co-op experience or involvement in relevant projects.
  • Demonstrated strengths in analysis, creative problem-solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation, and leadership.
  • Strong interest in long-term career development and participation in leadership development programs.
  • Previous leadership experience in work, organizations, or classroom.
  • Completion of at least two years of university coursework
  • Strong Communication (both written and verbal including strong presentation skills)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, multi-tasking environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
