Own and execute a range of marketing support tasks, from content drafting and scheduling to event logistics and data cleanup, while coordinating with the team on tight timelines.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team to create social and email marketing content
- Assist with social and email marketing content scheduling and reporting
- Assist with campaign audience creation/troubleshooting
- Assist with sales force data cleanliness initiative
- Assist with invoicing and reconciling of marketing receipts
- Register employees and clients for events
- Ship/receive event collateral (i.e. banner stands, flyers) and record collateral location
- Review and compile firm description/logo information for associations and events
- Assist with webinars, roundtables, conferences, and tradeshows
- Support additional events projects and duties as needed
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university
- Interest in a wide spectrum of marketing initiatives and strategy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to closely collaborate with team on tight timelines
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and prioritize work assignments
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with SurveyMonkey, Salesforce, and project management tools is a plus
