Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As a Marketing Intern, you\'ll gain hands-on experience supporting strategic marketing and business development initiatives that drive growth across our real estate development portfolio. Working closely with marketing and business development professionals, you\'ll help maintain and analyze CRM data, support the execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, and evaluate campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities. You\'ll also research local markets, monitor competitive activity, and develop insights that help inform business decisions, while building valuable skills in marketing strategy, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program. Preferred majors/concentrations in Marketing, Business, Communications, Real Estate, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills, including a willingness and comfortability to create and maintain relationships by means of cold and warm phone calls.
  • All candidates must demonstrate a strong desire and aptitude to pursue a career in commercial real estate
  • Goal oriented, with a focus on personal development
  • Evidence of high academic achievement with current or prior elected leadership experience preferred. Passion and desire to work in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to work optimally with minimum supervision.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
