We are excited to be bringing V/O Med Spa to Zionsville this June and are looking for a Marketing Intern to support our launch and early growth.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of a brand launch. You’ll work closely with ownership and operational leadership to help execute across digital marketing, content creation, and local outreach. This role is focused on execution and organization in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with social media content creation (Reels, stories, behind-the-scenes)
• Schedule and manage posts across platforms
• Support email and SMS marketing campaigns
• Track and organize inbound leads and marketing activity
• Assist with local partnerships and community outreach
• Help coordinate and execute launch events
• Keep marketing initiatives organized and moving forward

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Interest in marketing, social media, and brand building
• Comfortable with content creation (iPhone video, basic editing)
• Positive, professional, and reliable
• Proactive and willing to take initiative
• Experience with Canva or basic design tools
• Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms
• Interest in aesthetics, wellness, or beauty industry
• Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, or related degree program

• Part-time, Summer 2026 (May–August)
• 15–20 hours per week preferred
• In-person time required in Zionsville
• Paid internship
