Job Summary

Own the execution and reporting of campus-focused marketing campaigns across multiple Her Campus Media platforms, coordinating kickoff docs, cross-team meetings, event logistics, and post-campaign recap materials to ensure cohesive, timely delivery.

  • Campaign Execution: Plan, run, and report on integrated campaigns across owned platforms and events.
  • Campaign Orchestration: Create kickoff docs, track progress, and coordinate with internal teams (Asana, briefs, notes).
  • Campaign Recs & Events: Handle event logistics and recap decks, linking campaign outcomes to future activation opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and report on advertisers’ marketing campaigns across Her Campus Media platforms and networks (HerCampus.com, CollegeFashionista.com, SpoonUniversity.com, InfluenceHer Collective, Community Networks, HCM social platforms) and events
  • Support the full lifecycle of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Create campaign kickoff docs (campaign notes, internal tracking, Asana, etc)
  • Sit in on internal meetings
  • Compile reports
  • Work on event logistics
  • Track/monitor UGC
  • Support with recap decks

Requirements

  • Current college undergraduate
  • Must be able to earn college credit for participating in the HCM Internship Program
  • Able to dedicate at least 12 hours/wk during summer 2026
  • Strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills
  • Working knowledge of all Google for Work tools
  • Hardworking, detail-oriented, efficient, and creative work ethic, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple projects concurrently
  • Interest in marketing
