Responsibilities

• Creating and scheduling engaging social media content
• Monitoring social media platforms and interacting with followers
• Assisting with video creation and behind-the-scenes content
• Helping plan, organize, and attend home shows and community events
• Assisting with marketing campaigns from concept through execution
• Writing and updating website content
• Helping organize marketing materials and promotional items
• Tracking campaign performance using our CRM and marketing tools
• Collaborating with multiple departments on fun company projects
• Bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to the marketing team

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Creative and enjoys thinking outside the box
• Friendly, confident, and outgoing
• Comfortable creating content for social media
• Organized with strong planning and follow-up skills
• Positive, humble, and a true team player
• Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable using technology, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferred

• Interested in photography, video, content creation, or graphic design (a plus—but not required)
