Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support seasonal campaign execution, including copy updates, asset organization, and cross-department project coordination
  • Assist with monitoring CRM performance, reporting, and daily email health checks
  • Support email testing, validation, and launch readiness activities
  • Maintain process documentation, meeting notes, campaign timelines, and brand standards
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign, content, and operational support
  • Assist with photo selection for marketing campaigns
  • Support the E-commerce team with BOB website updates
  • Uphold BGV\'s hospitality values by greeting others with enthusiasm, treating everyone with respect, making every interaction positive, taking personal responsibility, anticipating needs, and supporting sustainability and community initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university working toward an associate or bachelor\'s degree
  • Degree focus in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field (specific marketing coursework is not required)
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Basic proficiency using a personal computer in an office or academic setting
  • Familiarity with common office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, or similar tools
  • Ability to navigate the internet, use email, and learn new systems with guidance
  • Comfortable working with shared files and basic data entry
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to compute rates, discounts, interest, percentages, and commissions
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive motions such as typing and mouse use
  • Ability to lift and carry light materials up to approximately 25–50 pounds on an occasional basis
  • Ability to work in a pet-friendly office environment (exposure to pets and pet dander)

Preferred

  • Basic written communication skills for notes, documentation, and email correspondence
  • Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage simple tasks and deadlines
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
  • Able to accept feedback and learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Interest in marketing and willingness to learn CRM and email marketing concepts
  • Familiarity with marketing tools or platforms (e.g., email marketing software, content management systems) is a plus but not required
  • Previous internship, volunteer, or work experience in an office or customer-facing setting
