Job Summary

Own and streamline the in-house and vendor image workflow, from capture and technical edits to asset delivery and process improvements, ensuring timely approvals and scalable packshot production.

  • Image Production & Asset Management: manage missing-images trackers, weekly exports, naming conventions, and folder organization in PIM/MAM.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Continuous Improvement: drive approvals, quotes, briefs, and SOP updates to accelerate workflows.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Image Production & Asset Management: Manage the missing-images process, maintain trackers, pull weekly exports, and keep asset readiness status in sync for all stakeholders.
  • In-house & Vendor Editing: Perform in-house photography for packshots and technical Photoshop edits (background removal, sizing, DPI), saving as transparent TIFs with strict naming conventions, and coordinate with external agencies for larger edits, including quotes and briefs.
  • Workflow Organization & Delivery: Upload and organize final vendor and in-house packshots into the correct PIM/MAM folders and secure timely approvals from stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Actively coordinate with other departments to secure file approvals and hold teams accountable for on-time completion of tasks.
  • Process Improvement & SOPs: Update guidelines, SOPs, and instructional materials for image production workflows; identify and propose opportunities for business and process improvements.
