  • Standout: ABM mastery with 6sense/Demandbase and AI-driven lead enrichment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Migration: Lead a "ground-up" rebuild of our MarTech stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, and Enrichment layers). Own the migration strategy, data mapping, and systems integration for 10x scale.
  • AI Orchestration: Architect and deploy AI agents to handle top-of-funnel research, autonomously clean lead data, and draft hyper-personalized outbound snippets for sales.
  • Intent-Capture Framework: Design and manage the Early Warning System by aggregating first-party signals and third-party data (e.g., 6sense, G2, Bombora) to convert anonymous spikes into actionable accounts.
  • ABM & Growth Engine: Partner with Marketing and Sales to operationalize the "Double Funnel" with account-to-lead matching and automated Plays as targets move between stages.
  • Lead Flow & Lifecycle Management: Own the Traffic Control of the funnel, optimize lead routing for 5-minute responses, and build automated recycle loops for not-quite-ready accounts.
  • RevOps Partnership: Align marketing data architecture with Sales Cloud to preserve attribution from ad click to closed-won.
  • The "Growth Lab": Design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across digital channels to decide what stays and what is cut.
  • Full-Funnel Visualization: Build dashboards that track Pipeline Velocity, LTV/CAC, and Account Engagement Scores for weekly executive review.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4–6 years in Marketing/Growth Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • The "Builder" Track Record: Proven experience building a MarTech stack from the ground up, specifically managing HubSpot and CMS platforms.
  • ABM Mastery: Hands-on experience setting up and operating ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.
  • AI Fluency: Practical experience building processes with AI agents or inbound optimization tools like Qualified.
  • Data Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar) to build complex dashboards.
  • Analytical Rigor: A bias for data-backed decision-making and a love for A/B testing and optimization.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to speak "Sales" and "Product" fluently, working cross-functionally to align on GTM goals.
  • Adaptability: Thrive-in-chaos mindset; comfortable rebuilding systems while the business scales.
  • Boldness: Proactively seek next-gen tech to gain a competitive edge.

Benefits

  • Flexible Work Environment - Hybrid with in-office days and flexible start/finish times.
  • Flexible PTO to balance life and work.
  • Employee Stock Options - Ownership for contribution to building a world-class company.
  • Work with like-minded people passionate about the work and giving back.
  • CG Gives programs enabling philanthropy through recognition and rewards.
  • Social Initiatives - Programs that promote community and social impact.
