Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective families with warmth, excitement, and knowledge of our programs
• Share how our art classes support artistic growth and prepare students for portfolio development
• Conduct tours and consultations with parents and students
• Follow up with leads and help with enrollment
• Support front desk operations and studio events
• Collaborate with instructors to stay up-to-date on student progress and programming
• Assist the Marketing Department in various marketing tasks using programs like Canva and Photoshop for flyers and advertisements
• Assist the Marketing Department using social media (Google Business Page, Yelp, Instagram, Facebook, website, etc), to help us promote and advertise

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, or equivalent
• Bilingual in Korean or Mandarin a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and confident with parents and students
• Ability to learn and effectively explain programs and offerings
• Organized and detail-oriented, especially with scheduling and follow-ups
• Comfortable using email, phone, and basic sales/CRM tools
• Available to work weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturday's
• SEO tools: 2 years (Required)
• Ability to commute Irvine, CA 92603 (Required)

Preferred

• Receptionist or front desk roles
• Passion for or background in art, education, or creative programs
• Experience working with families, children, or in an educational setting
• Familiarity with school admissions or art portfolio prep is a bonus
