Marketing And Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content; maintain a consistent marketing calendar and brand voice
• Capture project photos and videos during site visits and coordinate content with the design and construction teams
• Create graphics, reels, project updates, advertisements, and content featuring our work and company culture
• Update website content, project portfolios, and blog posts; support SEO and other digital marketing initiatives
• Track marketing performance, lead sources, and which efforts generate qualified project inquiries
• Coordinate print materials, signage, photography, award submissions, community outreach, and company events
• Organize incoming inquiries and serve as a responsive initial point of contact for prospective clients
• Gather preliminary project information, help qualify opportunities, and coordinate consultations and site visits
• Maintain the lead pipeline, document communications, and provide timely follow-up with prospective clients
• Maintain contact with past clients, referral partners, vendors, and industry contacts

Requirements

• Relevant experience in marketing, social media, communications, business development, or office administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional, customer-focused demeanor
• Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn; experience managing company accounts is preferred
• Experience creating graphics and digital content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Comfortable capturing and editing basic photography and short-form video content
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams) and an ability to learn new systems
• Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, and reliable follow-through
• Comfortable communicating with prospective clients and maintaining organized lead and contact records
• Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and manage competing priorities with flexibility
• Experience with website content management, SEO, CRM tools, Asana, or Buildertrend is preferred
