Job Summary
Drive enterprise web experiences that bridge marketing and tech, owning front-end execution, data storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Must-have: 10+ years in marketing/digital/web roles with analytics exposure.
- Standout: Adobe suite expertise with Salesforce integration.
- Standout: Ability to translate data into clear, actionable stories for non-technical stakeholders.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support marketing-led digital initiatives, particularly in areas where translation is necessary – bridging the gap between marketers and technology to better enable marketing and experience.
- Own and contribute to web experience execution, including:
- Page-level look and feel, layout, and experience quality
- Aesthetic and experience consistency and usability across web properties
- Front-end, business-facing perspectives on digital platforms
- Translate digital performance and activity data into:
- Clear narratives for marketing teams
- Visual insights and storytelling for business and stakeholder audiences
- Contribute to digital reporting and insights, focusing on what is happening across web and digital channels and why it matters.
- Act as a connective layer between production, analytics, and consulting/strategy to operate at a practical, strategic and execution-oriented level rather than deep back-end engineering.
- Bring awareness of current digital and marketing trends and how they apply to enterprise web experiences.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience across marketing, digital experience, or web-focused roles, with exposure to analytics and performance reporting.
- Strong marketing orientation, with demonstrated ability to support and elevate marketing teams.
- Adobe-led understanding of complete product suite and how they connect; integration with other critical enterprise platforms such as Salesforce
- Hands-on understanding of front-end digital platforms, including:
- How components and experiences are assembled
- How platforms connect from a business and experience perspective
- Experience working with digital analytics and reporting, including:
- Identifying and pulling relevant data
- Creating insights and visualizations
- Translating data into clear, actionable stories
Preferred
- Experience with enterprise or institutional websites is strongly preferred.
- Able to partner effectively with technically strong team members, complementing — not duplicating — engineering skill sets.
