Responsibilities

• Lead and manage social media content creation, posting, and strategy
• Support brand development and marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Coordinate and organize conferences, events, and professional outreach initiatives
• Assist with digital content, promotional materials, and practice visibility efforts
• Provide limited high-level executive administrative support as needed
• Manage scheduling, communications, and coordination for leadership projects

Requirements

• Strong background in marketing, social media, or brand management
• Excellent communication and content creation skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to execute independently
• Experience coordinating events or professional conferences preferred
• Comfortable supporting executive-level priorities when needed
• Healthcare or medical practice marketing experience is a plus but not required
