Job Summary

Job Description
Own and grow hospital outreach for AltaPointe by building referral networks, educating clinicians, and coordinating admissions and payer relationships to ensure accessible mental health and substance-use services in Southern Alabama.
- Growth: Expand community referrals and partnerships across hospitals, clinics, and social service providers.
- Education & Access: Lead training for doctors, nurses, counselors, and EAPs on mental health and substance use and coordinate admissions and billing with Access to Care.
- Accountability: Maintain territory planning, referral tracking, and quarterly plans to drive new business and client retention.
