Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Event Planning & Execution
  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and regional events in the U.S.
  • Manage event logistics including vendor coordination, shipping, registration, booth materials, and on-site support.
  • Coordinate promotional materials and event assets with the marketing team.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all event touchpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with Sales to support lead-capture and post-event follow-up processes.
  • Work with Product Marketing and Communications to align messaging and materials.
  • Support speaking engagements and customer participation when applicable.
  • Budget & Vendor Support
  • Create New Supplier Profiles and PO Numbers for Marketing Expenses in enterprise system.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in events or field marketing.
  • Experience supporting trade shows or corporate events.
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 20–30%).
