Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and distribution of three annual newsletters
• Assist with preparation of fact sheets, annual report content, and other marketing materials
• Coordinate invitations, save-the-dates, and promotional materials for clinic events
• Ensure consistent use of the clinic logo and brand materials
• Collaborate with the Marketing Committee on communications initiatives
• Collect and document patient stories that highlight the clinic’s impact
• Obtain permissions for use of patient names, photos, and stories
• Develop stories and content for newsletters, fundraising appeals, reports, and marketing materials
• Share stories that highlight patients, volunteers, staff, partners, and community impact
• Manage the clinic’s social media presence

Requirements

• Minimum five years’ experience in the field of marketing or event coordination
• Experience with social media and basic digital communications
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable working with volunteers, donors, and community partners
