Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our Commercial Vehicle Battery and Energy Storage Systems.
  • Create high-impact marketing materials and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition to new and potential clients.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and client networking events with a high degree of professionalism and polish.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design campaigns that drive qualified leads and support revenue targets.
  • Manage professional social media channels and digital content to boost brand awareness.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging in collaboration with engineering and sales
  • Own marketing calendar, campaign timelines, and performance tracking
  • Manage external vendors (designers, agencies, media partners) as needed
  • Create sales enablement tools (case studies, one-pagers, pitch decks, trade show materials)
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs (lead quality, conversion support, event ROI)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience preferably in the energy, automotive, or tech sectors.
  • Experience marketing technical or industrial products preferred
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to interact effectively with C-level executives and stakeholders; possesses a strong "executive presence."
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Experience supporting trade shows and large industry events end-to-end
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing campaign performance
  • Quick learner with an interest in sustainable energy and battery technology.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and focuses on delivering measurable outcomes.
