We are now seeking a dynamic leader to join our digital marketing team to boost brand influence and drive business growth across North America.

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager based in California (Greater Los Angeles or San Francisco Bay Area preferred) to lead digital marketing strategy and execution for North American luxury clients. You will bridge our China-based headquarters and the North American market, enhancing brand visibility and supporting business development through high-tech, data-driven marketing.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (Social Media, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, etc.) specifically tailored for the North American luxury and premium hardware markets.
• Campaign Management: Plan and optimize digital campaigns to drive brand awareness and high-value client engagement.
• Cross-Border Coordination: Coordinate between cross-functional teams (China & US) and act as a key contact for North American digital marketing initiatives.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, provide data-driven insights, and ensure compliance with US regulations and global luxury brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of digital marketing experience in the luxury, jewelry, or high-end fashion industry (California/North America market experience is essential).
• Technical Savvy: Proficient in digital marketing channels and tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
• Global Collaboration: Experience collaborating with international teams across time zones (experience with China-based teams is a strong plus).
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (written & spoken); Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is a significant advantage for internal coordination.

Required Skills

• Excellent client communication, problem-solving, and cross-cultural navigation skills.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail, capable of delivering under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexibly across China/US (PT) time zones.

Pay Range and Compensation Package
