Responsibilities

• Establish and implement bank wide marketing plan; create and execute all product, email and social media campaigns.
• Research and analysis of market trends, consumer demographics, and competitors to form marketing strategies.
• Develop detailed marketing plans/campaigns for all media channels.
• Develops and updates content for the bank’s customer facing website, intranet and social media with disclosures and promotions.
• Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service.
• Tracks marketing and sales data and creates reports and ROI analyses with recommendations.
