Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Growth: Defines divisional marketing strategy across markets, services, and client sectors to drive short and long term growth and brand equity.
  • Transformation & Systems: Leads marketing transformation with enhanced systems, processes, and tools to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Aligns divisional goals with firmwide marketing and communications strategies, ensuring messaging consistency across markets.
  • Leadership & Governance: Mentors regional marketing managers and builds accountability across distributed teams.
  • Market Intelligence & Measurement: Monitors industry trends and translates insights into strategic recommendations and ROI-focused plans.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintains a consistent brand narrative across pursuits, campaigns, and client touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Experience leading marketing for engineering or advisory services with distributed teams; ability to translate complex services into clear growth strategies.
  • 15+ years of A/E/C marketing leadership, with national/divisional strategy development and multi-site management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications (or equivalent experience); CPSM strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders, manage multiple business models, and drive measurable results at scale.
  • Expert knowledge of A/E/C marketing principles, industry trends, and client behaviors; proficient in CRM, marketing analytics, and digital tools.

Preferred

  • CPSM certification strongly preferred.
