Job Summary

Own the community-facing marketing and admissions relationships that source referrals, drive occupancy, and ensure smooth transitions for new residents.

  • Relationship Development: Build ties with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, home health, hospice, and other partners to drive referrals.
  • Community Engagement and Awareness: Represent the campus at events, develop materials, and lead outreach to raise local awareness.
  • Admissions Alignment and Operational Excellence: Collaborate with Admissions, Nursing, and Leadership to ensure seamless transitions and top‑notch customer service.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, home health agencies, hospice providers, and other community partners.
  • Visit referral sources regularly to educate them about the services and care available at The Parks at Garland.
  • Partner with the Admissions, Nursing, and Leadership teams to ensure a smooth transition for new residents and their families.
  • Represent the facility at community events, networking opportunities, health fairs, and local organizations.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, social media content, and community outreach initiatives that highlight our culture and services.
  • Help develop creative strategies to increase occupancy and strengthen community awareness.
  • Monitor referral activity and marketing efforts while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Welcome visitors, prospective residents, and families with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and maintain knowledge of long-term care services, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care.
  • Serve as a positive ambassador for The Parks at Garland, reflecting our values of compassion, integrity, and excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, sales, or long-term care preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community outreach.
