Main Requirements:

• Bring experience as a Marketing Director or similar role 

• Maintain our marketing strategies to grow our client base and increase industry impact 

• Maximize various marketing funnels and find new opportunities as we grow into a nationwide brand 

• Demonstrate an alignment with the company’s core values 

• Project Management - Lead the research, design, and implementation of new systems and software 

• Reports - Ensure the CEO has the reports and dashboards necessary to manage and run the business 

• Training - Provide initial training and ongoing professional development for our Marketing Department 

• Quarterly Check-Ins - Meet with team members in our marketing department quarterly to discuss their Scorecards, areas of coaching for improvement, and praise for achieving their results
