Responsibilities

• Drive online sales growth across DTC, marketplaces, and retail partners.
• Lead a team of professionals in digital marketing including paid media, email, SEO, social media, affiliate marketing, and content.
• Optimize the customer journey across our website, marketplaces, and social channels.
• Build strategic marketing partnerships with retailers, distributors, and industry influencers.
• Develop engaging content that educates, inspires, and strengthens our brand.
• Measure performance, analyze results, and continuously improve ROI.
• Lead agencies, external partners, and future marketing team growth.
• Execute the marketing strategy for exponential growth outside the US

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
• Proven success increasing online sales and customer acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, SEO, analytics, and marketplaces.
• Experience managing budgets, measuring ROAS, and driving business results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Passion for reptiles, pets, or enthusiast communities is a plus.
