Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company revenue goals, sales capacity, seasonality, service areas, and growth objectives.
• Lead the company’s overall marketing strategy, balancing long-term planning with hands-on execution.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, customer segments, service areas, partnerships, and channels that support company growth.
• Monitor competitors, customer behavior, industry trends, and market conditions to inform marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure marketing priorities remain aligned with company goals.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including Facebook and Instagram advertising, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and website initiatives.
• Develop strategies that consistently generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
• Oversee campaign planning, audience targeting, offers, creative direction, landing pages, and lead-capture processes.
• Establish an ongoing testing strategy for advertising creative, messaging, audiences, offers, landing pages, and follow-up campaigns.
• Monitor lead quality and outcomes by marketing source, using feedback from the call center and sales team to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success developing and managing marketing and lead-generation strategies.
• Strong working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including Facebook and Instagram advertising, Google Ads, and SEO.
• Experience using website content management systems, preferably WordPress.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably GoHighLevel.
• Ability to optimize CRM workflows, support users, troubleshoot issues, and manage lead-tracking processes across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing, call-center, CRM, sales, and revenue data.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and sales-funnel KPIs, attribution, forecasting, and return on investment.
• Proven ability to make strategic decisions based on performance data and business objectives.
• Experience leading a team and managing third-party agencies, vendors, or contractors.

Preferred

• Experience partnering with or providing strategic oversight to a call center, lead-management team, or appointment-setting operation is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience working successfully in a remote environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, project-management, and problem-solving skills.
