Responsibilities

• As Marketing Director, you will lead strategic marketing and public relations efforts that strengthen Mountain Credit Union’s visibility and member growth.
• This role exists to ensure consistent messaging and measurable results across channels and partnerships, including working with employer groups to promote Mountain Credit Union to employees.
• Key responsibilities include directing all marketing, advertising, sales promotions, and providing government relations and advocacy for credit unions.
• You will oversee campaign performance, brand standards, and communications that align with organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Five years or more of marketing experience
• Demonstrated digital marketing expertise
• Experience with government affairs and advocacy for non-profit organizations
