Job Description

  • Defines strategic marketing direction by setting goals that drive market share growth, customer engagement, digital transformation, and long‑term profitability.
  • Develops and executes integrated marketing plans aligned with market trends, customer insights, competitive dynamics, and evolving digital/AI capabilities.
  • Leads market intelligence efforts, analyzing financial, technological, demographic, competitive, and AI‑driven factors to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Oversees marketing budgets and investments, including digital marketing, CRM platforms, automation tools, AI initiatives, advertising, and vendor co‑op funds.
  • Strengthens customer relationships through engagement programs, events, trips, open houses, trade association participation, and contractor-focused promotions.
  • Guides product positioning and branding strategy, including packaging, pricing support, promotional planning, and customer communication initiatives.
  • Provides forecasting and performance reporting using analytics, dashboards, CRM data, ecommerce metrics, and business intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
  • Leads digital, ecommerce, and social media strategy, overseeing website content, SEO, online promotions, digital tools, social platforms, and customer experience optimization.
  • Leads and mentors marketing teams, driving innovation, accountability, change management, and alignment with sales, operations, and executive leadership across all business segments.
  • Manages marketing technology infrastructure, including CRM systems, databases, segmentation tools, automation platforms, and AI-driven innovation initiatives.
