Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a marketing plan focused on designers, builders, and high end residential clients.
• Oversee social media, email marketing, website content, digital advertising, and printed materials.
• Plan showroom events, product launches, and outreach campaigns.
• Coordinate photography and video that showcase our products, showroom, and completed projects.
• Work with the sales team to support lead generation and follow-up.
• Manage outside creative and marketing vendors, budgets, and campaign performance.
• Keep our brand consistent across every customer touchpoint.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in luxury interiors, design, home furnishings, construction, or a related field.
• Experience managing campaigns from planning through execution and measuring results.
• Strong writing, visual judgment, and organizational skills.
• Comfort working with social media, email platforms, website tools, and digital advertising.
• A self-directed person who enjoys both setting direction and doing the work.
