Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead marketing across multiple brands
Manage Google Ads, Meta, SEO, CRM, email, web, and creative
Improve Lead → Appointment → Estimate → Sale
Own marketing budgets, CPL, CAC, ROAS, attribution, and revenue reporting
Lead and hold the marketing team accountable
Improve sales and marketing alignment
Use AI and automation to improve marketing operations
Help build Eclipsyum into an external marketing agency

Requirements

10+ years of marketing experience
5+ years managing teams or major accounts
Home services, home improvement, or service-business marketing experience
Google Ads, Meta, SEO, CRM, analytics, and lead generation
Experience managing multiple brands, locations, or agency clients
Proven ability to improve lead quality and customer acquisition
Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue attribution
Advanced use of AI for marketing, analysis, automation, or operations

Preferred

Agency experience is highly preferred.
Preferred industries: Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, remodeling, restoration, solar, franchises, or home-services marketing agencies.
