Marketing Director (Dental)

Responsibilities

• Build and own the annual marketing plan and budget across all practice locations
• Lead, coach, and grow the marketing team, including our Senior Marketing Manager and field marketers
• Drive new patient growth through community partnerships, school and youth sports sponsorships, health fairs, and referral relationships with local pediatricians and organizations
• Oversee digital marketing, including our website, SEO, Google Business profiles, paid ads, email, social media, and online reviews
• Direct print and branded materials such as rack cards, referral cards, banners, and event supplies, and keep branding consistent across every office
• Track campaign results, new patient numbers, and spend, and report to leadership regularly
• Partner with office managers and doctors to support the marketing needs of each practice
• Manage vendors, printers, and agencies, and keep projects on budget and on schedule

Requirements

• Dental marketing experience required, whether in a dental practice, DSO, or dental group
• 5 or more years of marketing experience, including experience leading a team
• Proven record of growing new patient volume through community and field marketing
• Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, SEO, paid ads, and email
• Comfortable managing a budget and measuring return on marketing spend
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship building skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with travel between our offices as needed
• Pediatric dental marketing experience is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
