Requirements

8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including several years leading and building high-performing marketing teams.
A hands-on, player-coach leader who both sets strategy and executes directly (building campaigns, shaping messaging, and digging into the data), not just directing from the top.
Full-funnel breadth across brand, demand generation, content, product marketing, and marketing operations, with the ability to own the entire marketing function.
Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth and reporting marketing's contribution to executive leadership.
Deep demand generation expertise across paid, SEO, email and lifecycle, events, and account-based marketing.
Strong command of the martech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and core marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, payback period, and MQL-to-SQL conversion.
Data-driven and analytical, with sound judgment on where to invest and how to measure impact.
Excellent communication and executive presence, and a strong cross-functional partner to sales, product, and leadership.
Experience marketing a platform along with individual products and services.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.

Preferred

Experience in commercial real estate, proptech, or fintech is a plus but not required.
