Job Summary

The marketer will own end-to-end marketing programs to support organizational goals, including digital campaigns, materials, vendor liaison, press, events, CRM, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and operations.

  • Lead strategy and execution of social media, campaigns, and content across channels
  • Maintain marketing materials, CRM data, reports, and liaison with vendors and media
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and compliance to ensure brand and regulatory alignment

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing programs to support organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for social media platforms
  • Research, design, and develop marketing materials and monitor production and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Liaise and correspond with outside vendors, suppliers, public relations, and media contacts.
  • Prepare press and media releases and prepare and conduct product presentations.
  • Execute direct marketing campaigns and coordinate and participate in marketing events.
  • Update company website and social media tools.
  • Oversee loyalty and rewards programs
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends and assess customer feedback.
  • Maintain customer information via marketing database and CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Customer service, marketing, or sales experience
  • Proficient in the principles of marketing and knowledge of marketing tools and techniques
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Proficient in social media marketing
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience with Nursing Homes
  • Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
  • Ability to remain calm under stress.
  • Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
