Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social media, content creation, and traditional channels to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
• Lead the planning, setup, and management of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other social media advertising campaigns.
• Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize website content for organic search performance, ensuring high rankings in SEO and SEM efforts.
• Oversee website management using content management systems like WordPress, ensuring site updates, performance optimization, and user experience enhancements.
• Manage marketing automation tools to streamline email marketing campaigns, nurture leads, and improve conversion rates through targeted messaging.
• Analyze web analytics reporting using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic adjustments.
• Collaborate with creative teams proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design to produce compelling visual content for digital channels.
• Monitor performance marketing metrics to optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and conversion optimization techniques.
• Coordinate with sales teams on B2B marketing initiatives and e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales channels.
• Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, paid search marketing, social media management, and web analytics to implement innovative tactics that keep the brand ahead of competitors.

Requirements

• Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), SEM strategies, and paid advertising campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of website management platforms such as WordPress and content management systems.
• Expertise in digital marketing campaign setup including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and content creation purposes.
• Experience with social media marketing including Facebook Advertising campaigns and social media management tools.
• Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and analytics integration.
• Proven ability in copywriting for digital channels combined with a keen understanding of keyword research for SEO purposes.
• Familiarity with web analytics reporting to track performance metrics effectively across multiple channels.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams for successful campaign execution.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies to enhance digital revenue streams
