Job Summary

Own the marketing operations and guest-facing communications lifecycle for the resort, turning collateral updates, event support, and reporting into a smooth, orchestrated flow across print, digital, and on-property displays.

  • Brand and collateral management: update websites, profiles, menus, signage, and newsletters to reflect programming and guest experiences.
  • Operational event support: coordinate media/influencer visits, manage reservations, itineraries, and on-site logistics.
  • Administration and reporting: run regular department reports and keep finance and procurement processes up to date.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update digital and print marketing collateral across hotel websites, online profiles, activity boards, programming schedules, and other guest-facing and internal communication materials, including newsletters, menus, flyers, and signage.
  • Assist with coordination of media and influencer visits handling reservations, itinerary and operational details.
  • Support vendor management and communication with scheduling and class updates, supply inventory and invoicing.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/annual reports.
  • Assist with presentation materials for sales, marketing and PR meetings.
  • Process charges for paid programming and experiences.
  • Provide operational support during resort events and guest programming as needed.
  • Update printed collateral, activity boards, digital signage, and programming schedules throughout the property.
  • Monitor inventory of team programming collateral and supplies.
  • Assist with departmental accounting, including processing purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), invoices, and payment tracking.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in lifestyle or luxury hospitality
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and technical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and service/hospitality orientation
  • Team player willing to pitch in to support colleagues in all areas
  • Flexibility to work a varying schedule to reflect the business needs of the hotel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience with photography, graphic design, social media platforms, Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.
